Why do a boudoir session?? To feel sexy and empowered!! One of my best friends was super nervous about doing a session. She trusted me completely but was super nervous!! She is also a photographer at Kristi Marie Photography (check her out)! I find that us photographers don't enjoy being in front of the camera BUT it is so important so we know what you are going through! It's nerve wrecking being half naked in front of a camera with someone you know really well, much less with someone you don't know every well. I try very hard to get to know my clients as much as possible before we start shooting, it starts when you come in for hair and makeup. By the end of the process, she was super comfortable and feeling fantastic after seeing some of her images while we were shooting!
She what she had to say: "I recently had a session with Lexie Faucher Boudoir. As women, we all have vulnerabilities of being photographed, and I was no different. The way Lexie directed poses and the way she interacted put me at ease almost immediately. Not only are her technical skills (to include lighting and directing posing) outstanding, but the way she knew how to make me feel more and more beautiful with each passing moment was what made the session next to none. The finished product brought me to tears, and because of her, I have a newfound confidence. I cannot thank Lexie enough for the great experience, and I would highly recommend her!"
