I need to lose weight: babe, you don’t need to lose weight! Let me tell you why… you will lose that weight and it still won’t be enough. Until you change how you see yourself and you learn to love yourself, it’s not going to be enough. You will learn to love yourself through your session and those 5-10 pounds aren’t going to make a huge difference.
