My name is Maiya Winston and I would like to share reflections about Lexie Burton and Fearless and Co Photography.

How I met her…

Met Lexie through a friend, as she graciously agreed to shoot promotional photos for a body-positive swim party, and I agreed to model. I immediately felt comfortable with Lexi and trusted that she would portray all subjects of the shoot with dignity and beauty through her lens. Lexie's natural candor and warm spirit are evident within moments of meeting her. By the end of the pool shoot, I can honestly say that I could not wait to work with her again.

Lexie shared that she was a boudoir photographer and explained more about the reason why she decided to go into that type of photography. Her empathy and desire to have every woman (or person) that trusts her to capture them at one of their most vulnerable moments is apparent and results in amazing pieces of art.

My Fearless Babe experience…

My experience with Lexie during my boudoir shoot left me feeling unbelievably empowered, renewed, and confident. Her affirming direction and lack of judgment about the flaws I amplified on my own body have helped me to discovers an increased amount of appreciation for myself and an immense amount of gratitude for Lexie's undeniable gift.

She is the lifeline that women need to truly highlight the value and beauty we all possess. Lexie is a bold, beautiful, and brilliant artist that makes the world a better place through her photography. I can honestly say that I stand taller because Lexie has helped me to discover a strength I had long since forgotten.
